Gentle hand wash in cold water only. Use mild soap and avoid wringing or machine drying. Onions should be dried on a flat surface.

The service is provided only for the specific product purchased at the time of ordering, and involves an additional payment. The service is performed in our studio, to ensure a perfect and high-quality fit. After the purchase, you can arrange a visit to our studio to perform the measurements and repairs. 6. How is the booking process carried out on the website?

9. Can I cancel a transaction before it has been sent to me?
Cancellation of the purchase transaction within one hour of completing the order of the items on the website and before the item is shipped - will be done by means of a telephone cancellation message to the customer service on the phone - 0507710088.
In these circumstances the buyer will be credited with the purchase amount including shipping fees.
10. Can I cancel a transaction after I have received the product?
According to store policy, it is not possible to cancel a transaction or make returns after the package has been opened. This policy stems from the fact that our items are sold in limited editions, are made from high-quality fabrics that require careful care, and are packaged in a unique way to preserve their quality.
However, in exceptional cases and within the law, the store reserves the right to examine each case on its own merits. In such a case, a credit or exchange will be possible only after checking that the product has been returned in its original packaging, without any defect, sign of use or damage to its quality, and at the sole discretion of the store management and subject to the Consumer Protection Law. In the event of a transaction cancellation, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and a fine of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.
Credit will be granted subject to inspection by a certified inspector on behalf of the company, who will examine the product's integrity and compliance with the return conditions, in accordance with the company's sole discretion. If the product is found to be used or not in its original packaging, the company reserves the right not to grant any credit.
